Ping is a first-year master’s student in Computational Mathematics at the University of Waterloo, co-supervised by Professors Helen Chen and Anita Layton. He holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of Toronto and has professional experience in software engineering.
His current research interests lie in time-series data analysis and synthetic data generation, with a focus on developing computational methods that can advance applications in the public health realm.
