Raushan Baisalova

Raushan Baisalova is a Master’s graduate student at the School of Computer Science, University of Waterloo. Her research interests are in AI in healthcare and generative AI.

Raushan is a Business Analyst with over 10 years of experience in software development and process automation across public health, mining, transportation, education, and financial sectors; specializing in optimizing workflows and ensuring successful, high-quality project delivery. She brings strong expertise in project management, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership.

She is passionate about applying AI in healthcare, particularly in automatic speech recognition and clinical documentation systems.
