Ying Zhu

Ying is a PhD candidate of Public Health and Health Systems with experience in healthcare finances and digital transformation. She has Master’s degrees in both health informatics and business administration. Her research interests include the role of governance in health data utilization, with a focus on developing AI-ready data repositories.
