COVID-19: Strategies for Managing Stress

About the Workshop

The challenges and uncertainty surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic can be overwhelming: social isolation, worry over family and friends, concern for our own well-being, and changes to work and home routines. But there are effective techniques that can help to bring us back to equilibrium. This session will explore all aspects of the stress response, focusing on practical tips and tools to bring us to optimal stress levels, thereby helping us to maximize our energy and performance in the face of COVID-19.


About the Facilitator

Ronaye Coulson

Ronaye holds a Master of Science degree in Counselling Psychology, in addition to a BSc in both Psychology and Biological Sciences, from the University of Calgary. During this time, Ronaye conducted research in the field of resilience for over six years, and continues to share this knowledge and philosophy through webinar and workshop facilitation, public speaking, and in working as a therapist for over 15 years. Her passion is people, and how connection, meaning, and working with our innate capacities helps us grow and thrive with more joy and ease in our lives.
