The three fact sheets were developed through a partnership between the Federation of Canadian Municipalities (FCM) and Dr. Amelia Clarke from the University of Waterloo’s School of Environment, Enterprise, and Development. It was funded by FCM’s Municipalities for Climate Innovation Program, University of Waterloo and the Government of Canada’s Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council (SSHRC).
