ITPD is coming...
Beginning in January 2019, IST's Training & Licensing team will begin to add IT training courses, currently offered through the Skills for the Electronic Workplace (SEW) program, into Workday.
In addition to a new platform for viewing and registering for courses, the training program will receive a fresh, new name: IT Professional Development (ITPD).
Details on this move and instructions for viewing and registering for ITPD courses will be made available closer to the launch date. Stay tuned for more information!
O365 coming to SEW
IST is excited to offer two new training courses through the SEW program:
- An Introduction to Office 365
- Microsoft Office Teams
Look for these courses in the November/December SEW Course Brochure.
By the numbers
The start of the fall term saw 399 new users access Lynda.com, for a total of 8,690. Top courses relate to work within the Adobe Creative Suite:
- Using the shape tools
- Using the Marquee and Lasso tools
- Using the Crop tool
- The layered composition
