IST recently launched Qualtrics, a powerful online enterprise-class survey system, to support the needs of our campus community with respect to secure, confidential surveys for all use-cases. This service is available for all staff, faculty and graduate students.
Barb and Lisa will provide an overview of Qualtrics, including how to create an account, how to create a basic survey and how to get support.

Bios: Lisa is the Manager, Customer Relations and Support in IST Client Services and a UW grad.
Barb is a Client Support Specialist in Client Services handling client inquiries and triaging RT’s at the IST Service Desk. She also provides support for some IST services.
As the Data Analyst and Evaluation Specialist, Shona is responsible for data management and assessment across the Student Success Office. Shona graduated with an Honors Bachelor of Arts and holds a post-graduate certificate from the Research Analyst Program, as well as her PMP.
Shona will be presenting with her coop student Limei, who is a Data Analyst with the SSO.
Emily is a grad student in the Social Psychology department and will talk about how she uses Qualtrics for her research.
