Title: Agape Fellowship House Churches fonds

Administrative: History: Agape Fellowship began as a house church movement in London, Ontario in 1976 at the initiative of Alvin Roth, just retired as Director of Mission Services in London. A number of small groups developed through the decade of Agape's existence. During these years it received financial assistance for the Inter-Mennonite Mission and Service Board. Sunday morning worship services began in 1988. The group became a member congregation of the Mennonite Conference of Eastern Canada in 1989.
Pastoral leaders have included Alvin Roth (1976-1992) and Enos & Doris Kipfer (1988-2004)
Custodial history: Donated to the Archives in 1997 by Alvin Roth; further archival materials donated by Alvin Roth in January 2000 and Enos and Doris Kipfer in May 2004 and November 2022.
Scope and Content: There are three series: Formal records, Informal records and Bulletins.
