Biographical history: Benjamin Horst and Veronica Weber were married May 14, 1860.They had two children, Susannah and Mary. Susannah was the second wife of Bishop Jonas Snider. See Hist.Mss.2.55.
Scope and content: The fonds consists of material removed from the Benjamin Horst (Sept. 18, 1837-Oct. 29, 1871) and Veronica Weber Horst (Nov. 25, 1840-Apr. 3, 1916) family Bible (Philadelphia : J. Kohler, 1856). Also included are Brubacher family records connected to Susanna Brubacher Weber (June 28, 1819-May 21, 1891) Veronica's mother.
Custodial history: Donated to the Mennonite Archives of Ontario on April 29, 1999 by Merlyn Martin.
