Administrative history: The St. Clair O'Connor Community is a seniors apartment project developed by Danforth Mennonite Church in cooperation with the Toronto United Mennonite Church. This intergenerational facility also serves a number of families, the handicapped, and those in need of nursing care. It was incorporated in 1981.

Custodial history: Latest donation was made in 2025 by Danforth Mennonite Church.
