The fonds consists of microfilm records both from the Archives of Ontario (Reel 1) and the National Archives of Canada (Reels 2-4). The microfilms were gathered during research conducted by Reg Good.

  1. Surveyors records - Wilmot Township, 1820s and 1830s. 168 frames of textual material related to land transactions in Wilmot Township,   Waterloo County, Ontario from the Archives of Ontario: MS658, Reel 522. The Wilmot material follows that for Williamsburgh Township.  
  2. Upper Canada land petitions, RG1, L 3, Vol. 208-209 ("G" Bundle 15-16), 1824-1831.  Of particular interest is "G" Bundle 15, #42 which relates to Christian Nafziger. (National Archives of Canada film #C2032)
  3. Upper Canada Land petitions, RG 1, L 3, Vol. 531 ("W" Bundle 16), 1824-1831. Of particular interest are no. 26 and 35. (National Archives of Canada film #C2956)
  4. Upper Canada Land petitions, RG 1, L3, v. 533 (a)("W" Bundle 18), 1833-1835. (National Archives of Canada film #C2958)
