Biographical sketch : Abraham Oberholtzer was born in Waterloo Township in 1834, and was ordained deacon of the Hagey Mennonite congregation in 1889. He married Sarah Erb; they had eight children.
Scope and Content: Contains one photocopied page of a marriage register from a family Bible, Oberholtzer family photographs, clippings, and an obituary of Reuben S. Oberholtzer.
Custodial History: Materials appear to have been donated by Reuben S. Oberholtzer (grandson). Additional materials donated by great-grandson Robert Oberholtzer.
