Title: Christian & Mary Schrag fonds
Physical description: 11 cm. of textual records
Biographical sketch: Christian Schrag (Jan. 8, 1870-Nov. 6, 1939) was the youngest son of Christian and Vernonica Schrag. On Dec. 23, 1902 he married Mary Gingerich; they had six children. In 1909 he was ordained a deacon at the Zurich, Ontario congregation. In 1911 he was ordained a minister at the same place.
Mary Gingerich (May 20, 1876-1955) was the daughter of Jacob Gingerich and Marie Brenneman.
Custodial history: Donated by Lorraine Roth in the 1980s.
Scope and content: The fonds consists of correspondence, notes, diary, and business materials as noted.
