Biographical sketch: Moses S. Bowman (Mar. 12, 1899-Aug. 14, 1964) was the son of Moses C. and Lydia Shantz and the grandson of Moses S. Bowman (1819-1898). He married Mildred Schisler on March 4, 1926; they had three children. In 1939 he was ordained as minister at First Mennonite Church for service at the Roseville Mennonite Church. He also served briefly at the Blenheim Mennonite Church.
