Biographical sketch: Peter J. Dyck (1914-2010) was born in the Volga Region of Russia; he immigrated with his family to Saskatchewan in 1927. During World War II he had distinguished service with Mennonite Central Committee in England, and after the War in helping Mennonite refugees. He married Elfrieda Klassen, who he met during the England service.
