50th Anniversary - Name your Seat!

In honour of the School’s 50th Anniversary since moving to Waterloo in 1967, we are excited to present our Name your Seat campaign to support clinic equipment and technology for the advancement of optometric education and research.

Do you remember 347, the Barbara and Jacob Sivak Lecture Theatre?  In recognition of your support for our 50th Anniversary you can Name your Seat in this room or have it named after a classmate, colleague, relative or friend in their honour.

This is a way to help celebrate the School’s 50th Anniversary while investing in students Beyond 50.

For a gift of $5,000 you can have “exclusive” naming of your seat or for a gift of $1,000, up to five people can name a seat, since we know many of you shared the same seat while here at the School!
