Paul Malik successfully defended his PhD thesis “Physiologically Based Pharmacokinetic Modeling of Monoclonal Antibodies in Children" on June 11th , 2021. The thesis work explored using physiologically-based models to understand and simulate the pharmacokinetics of monoclonal antibodies in children.
