A newly published study found that larger baseline lateral prefrontal cortex volume predicts superior adherence to structured exercise programming among older women. The study, published in The Journals of Gerontology, Series A: Biological Sciences and Medical Sciences, was led by Dr. John Best and Dr. Teresa Liu-Ambrose of the University of British Columbia.
