Integrating EDI with Stakeholder Management in Projects
Applying the equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI) content introduced in April's session, Kalpita Gaitonde, Connie van Oostveen and Pam Fluttert will review project stakeholder management tools and process and expand on EDI concepts. Through presentation, discussion and breakouts, we will consider how we can intentionally build EDI into stakeholder management.

Kalpita’s current role at Campus Wellness includes collaborating with a diverse group of partners across the campus on projects that address physical, mental, social and spiritual health. Kalpita has led various initiatives on campus such as the Mental Health Literacy Strategy development project, Thrive, Covid-19 Health Promotion Communication project etc. Kalpita will soon be providing leadership on health equity impact assessments with the goal of incorporating equity, diversity and inclusion in various projects, processes, policies etc.
Pam Fluttert is the Manager, Project Management Office, in IST. Connie van Oostveen is a Senior Project Manager in the PMO, IST. Pam and Connie lead the PPM Community.
