The presentation will cover the ‘nuts and bolts’ of how project management planning was used to implement the Accuro/Medeo system for Campus Wellness. We’ll take a look at the project background, the product overview, planning stages and tools and finally lessons learned. Governance structure, planning documents and knowing where the emphasis is for your project constraints all contribute to a successful game plan for managing the project.
