At our next Community of Practice session we are excited to have Tara Wilson as our guest speaker. Tara will discuss the importance of stakeholder management and techniques for managing stakeholders effectively. In her presentation, Tara will share her experience managing diverse stakeholders in complex environments. She’ll also provide some tactics she’s used to successfully secure stakeholder support.

Speaker bio:
Tara is an experienced leader who motivates teams to get great stuff done together. Tara has spent her 20 year career primarily focused in the high tech and financial industries. From helping senior leaders rally employees around business initiatives, to helping teams revamp cross-functional processes to adopt technology changes, Tara has focused on crafting messaging and delivering presentations to build support for corporate initiatives, while also driving results. She has been recognized for leading complex, transformative projects and programs that enable her clients to resolve significant organizational challenges.
