PPM Tool Demo and Social
Description: The PMO often gets asked about software tools for project and portfolio management, and how operations work is separated from project work. There are many types of tools that departments can use for continuous improvement, portfolio management and project management, and come at a cost to the departments. IST is centrally funding and rolling out the Atlassian/Jira toolset for use by campus.
Connie and Pam will do a short demo of how the PMO is using Service Management and Project Management tools (Atlassian/Jira) to support aspects of these functions. And because we are close to the holidays, let’s be social with the remaining session time. Bring your coffee or tea, project experiences, and burning questions for some engaging, social time.
