About the session: During our first PPM CoP meeting for 2022, join us for an engaging discussion while we watch selected video clips on LinkedIn Learning! We will approach project management from a different perspective: by exploring what not to do. In an online video using real-world examples, real-world-experienced instructor Chris Croft introduces the 10 most common mistakes project managers make and explains how to avoid them. Come to the session to contextualize, discuss and learn from Chris’s practical advice on some of the topics covered in the video: writing out a project plan, involving team members, reviewing project outcomes, and making an effective Gantt chart.
