About the session: Have you ever considered the complexity of bringing a project request for a new information system from an idea to a reality? Join us for a conversational session from the point of view of a project manager and business systems analyst. We’ll address emerging practices for how we manage project intake, how we prepare for an RFP, how we handle project implementation, and how we view project Go Live (and beyond!). In addition, we’ll look at what project success means and why it depends on your role.
