Facilitation Fundamentals: Facilitating Effective Virtual Meetings Online Workshop
Organizational and Human Development offers a series of workshops focused on adapting facilitation within a virtual environment. The Facilitation Fundamentals: Facilitating Effective Virtual Meetings will focus on how we can design and lead virtual meetings with confidence and ease. Virtual meetings can be challenging and has drastically changed the way we engage and collaborate within teams, on projects and across campus. This workshop will focus on how we can translate in-person facilitation techniques to a virtual meeting environment. We will demonstrate tools, techniques and core elements that will allow you to get the most from virtual meetings.
