Efficacy of online positive psychology interventions
Susan Sergeant was a pre-doctoral resident and research consultant to the Psychology Intervention Research Team.
Susan completed her PhD studies at York University in Toronto, Ontario. Her research investigates the efficacy of online positive psychology interventions, particularly for individuals with mental illness. Her most recent publication, entitled ‘An online optimism intervention reduces depression in pessimistic individuals’, is featured in the April 2014 edition of the Journal of Consulting and Clinical Psychology.
