Submission Guidelines

A poster is an individual, free-standing research presentation. Posters with brief text summaries and graphical displays of results are especially effective. Posters may feature completed research projects, or planned research. Planned research posters will feature study rationale and methodology but no study results (could include anticipated results, clearly indicated as such). Whether the poster shows completed or planned research, presenters will benefit from one-on-one interaction and discussion of their research with conference attendees.

A talk is an individual presentation briefly describing research results with visual display. This format is especially encouraged for students interested in presenting their research as a talk rather than a poster. Length of talks will be announced upon acceptance.
