I earned my Master of Mathematics degree in Pure Mathematics at the University of Waterloo in 2008 and have since taught at the postsecondary level, breaking briefly to earn a BEd in 2012.
I am currently a Master of Arts degree candidate in Cognitive Psychology at the University of Waterloo under the combined supervision of Dr. Jonathan Fugelsang and Dr. Evan Risko.
My primary research interest is in decision making as it applies to helping behaviour, mainly charitable giving and pro-social action. I am also looking into the many effects that contribute to our inability to grasp, and appropriately react to, mass tragedies such as genocide.
