What are you doing now and how does your engineering education from Waterloo help with your life today?
After a number of years working in various consumer goods engineering roles, I have now found a home in the paper products (Toilet Paper!) industry running a large tissue making machine.

Why did you decide to be a part of REAC?
During my undergrad, I was really involved in the Waterloo Engineering Ambassadors program.  Having graduated, I am now realizing how many opportunities I missed out on to volunteer during undergrad and early in my career, so I am hoping to help others understand what opportunities exist and start to give back.

What is a favourite piece of advice or quote that you would be interested in sharing?
As cliché as it sounds, you miss 100% of the shots that you don't take.  Early in your career it is important to take advantage of every opportunity that is in front of you, while establishing those fundamental pillars that will define your career.
