Study Title: The Influence of Muisc Listening on Sensorimotor Integration

Sensorimotor Control and Learning Lab (SCiLL) logo

We are looking for participants between the ages of 18-35 to take part in a study to understand how listening to music effects the integration of sensory and motor information in the brain.

Participants will be asked to attend two session. The first session will last 40-60 minutes and the second session will last two and half to three hours.

In the first session you will practice a computer based tracking task. During the second session you will perform the same task while listening to different variations of music or white noise. While you perform the tracking, transcranial magnetic stimulation, a form of non-invasive brain stimulation, will be used to elicit a finger muscle twitch.

In appreciation for your time, you will receive $10/hour.
