Study Title: The relative contributions of sensory and premotor cortical projections to motor cortex during skilled motor behaviour

Sensorimotor Control and Learning Lab (SCiLL) logo

We are looking for participants between the ages of 18-35 to take part in a study to understand how the brain uses different information about the body and the desired movement outcome to generate the output sent to the muscles during skilled behaviours.

Participants will be asked to attend two sessions occurring at least 24 hours apart. Each session will last between two to three hours.

During both sessions participants will be asked to complete a computer based tracking task while while transcranial magnetic stimulation, a form of noninvasive brain stimulation, is used to elicit a finger muscle twitch.

In appreciation for your time, you will receive $10/hour.
