The Sandford Fleming Foundation (SFF) presents these awards to acknowledge the excellent contributions made by Teaching Assistants to the undergraduate educational program. One award, valued at $500, is made annually in each academic department and in first year. Award winners are selected on the basis of nominations by the undergraduate classes, and the recommendation of their departments. Each term, classes are invited to submit nominations by the SFF and the Engineering Society.
