Introducing the Ontario Water Works Association/Water Environment Association of Ontario (OWWA/WEAO) Student Chapter Writing Café: a welcoming space designed for students in water-related fields to focus, write, and connect with peers. Whether you’re an undergraduate student working through assignments or a graduate student tackling research papers and theses, the Writing Café offers a supportive environment to help you stay productive and motivated.
Our sessions use the Pomodoro focus method: 25 minutes of dedicated, distraction-free writing followed by a 5-minute break to recharge, chat, or grab a coffee before diving back in. This structured approach helps improve concentration, reduce burnout, and make large writing tasks feel more manageable.
Join us every Wednesday this Summer for a collaborative writing experience where ideas flow, progress happens, and productivity thrives. Bring your laptop, your notes, and your writing goals!
