Natasha Larocque

PhD candidate

Natacha is a bilingual Ph.D. student in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. She completed her bachelor’s degree (with highest honours) in Psychology at Carleton University in Ottawa. Her current research involves the study of motivated and facilitated goal pursuit in relation to one’s ideal self, but is also more broadly interested in employee training and motivation. She is also a dynamic workshop facilitator with over four years of experience. She currently serves as a workshop facilitator for the Student Leadership Program at the University of Waterloo. Outside of her professional life, Natacha enjoys spending time outdoors hiking and camping.
