Masters candidate
Richie received his honours degree in psychology from Carleton University for his research in cognitive psychology. He is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, with research focusing on organizational change, employee attitudes and values. Prior to joining graduate school, Richie worked in the financial services industry. Past applied project include the facilitation of workshops to increase student’s academic performance. Richie is fully bilingual.
