Approval of the Minutes of Previous Meeting
The minutes from the previous meeting were accepted as distributed.
Business Arising
Don noted that at the last WAC meeting, that with all the changes in WCMS 3, there was a general consensus that training should be mandatory for all users. Don suggested that if anyone had concerns regarding this (but did not want to share at the meeting) that they contact him directly. No one did, so the proposal to make training mandatory will be brought to the next Web Steering Committee.
WCMS Training/Support update (Andrea Jennings)
- Andrea presented an update on Beta testing, and the information on the Beta testing is available online.
WCMS Technical Update (Joe Kwan, for Kevin Paxman)
- Full details of technical update are on Web Resources, but highlights from the current sprint include:
- Lots of bug fixes
- Moving Catalogs towards feature parity with WCMS 2
- Making non-node pages fit within extra-wide width instead of full page
- Completing work on ADFS login
WCMS 3 Project (Joe Kwan)
