Approval of the Minutes of Previous Meeting
The minutes from the previous meeting were accepted as distributed.
Don welcomed two new members to the committee:

WCMS 3 Horizontal Navigation Project (Tom Graham/Martin LeBlanc)
- Live demo was presented
- Discussed the horizinontal navigation bar
- It was mentioned that the menu footer would still same the same
WCMS 3 Road Map (Greg Smith)
- WCMS 3 release date schduled for April 26, 2021.
- It was mentioned that there are still spots for Alpha testers, if interested please email Greg Smith.
- Previous sites will be saved for a reasonable amount of time.

Site launches
The last day to launch sites prior to the holiday break will be Thursday, December 17.
Drop-in lab
The virtual Drop-in lab will be closed on December 24 for the holidays.
Have a question, or need some help with your website? A virtual Drop-in lab will be open every Thursday afternoon from 1-4 p.m. to provide WCMS content maintainers one-on-one website and training support.
WCMS co-op course offerings for the winter term
New co-op students or hires needing to complete the required WCMS training can do so via LEARN. If you have any questions about the registration process please send us an email.
WCMS Technical Update (Kevin Paxman)
- Focus points in this sprint include the following. The full list of sprint work is on the Web Resources site.
- Prep for 2.9.1, a maintenance release of WCMS 2
- Adding more blocks to Layout Builder, and adjusting and theming some that were already created
- Starting “advanced” expand/collapse
- Continuing Catalogs implementation
- Adding support for mathematical formulas (LaTeX/MathJax)
- Implementing “unpublishing” workflow
- Continuing menu implementation
