Bahareh Tehrani

Bahareh completed her Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical Engineering at University of Toronto and obtained her Master of Engineering in Power Engineering at University of Waterloo. She has been working at Hydro One since 2005, when she joined the company as part of the New Grad program. In her first 5 years at Hydro One, she went through multiple rotations to gain a broader experience at both Distribution and Transmission fields. She joined the Distribution Planning team in 2010 and has been with this team for the past 12 years. Currently she is the lead engineer for a team of 10, and is proud to lead her team with the ratio of 50% male to female engineers.
