Dave is a Geological Engineer and Hydrogeologist with interests in regional groundwater resources and supply management for large groundwater users. He works with municipal and provincial governments in exploring strategies for the sustainable use of groundwater by a wide range of end users. Dave was the founding Executive Director of the University of Waterloo's Water Institute.
