In this paper, our Managing Director, Ilona Dougherty and Principal Investigator, Dr. Amelia Clarke, explore how adolescents and emerging adults (those between the ages of 15 and 25) are uniquely equipped to drive innovation.

Drawing on research from neuroscience and developmental psychology, Wired for Innovation makes the case that young people naturally possess the traits of successful innovators: creativity, curiosity, risk-taking, collaboration, and a drive to challenge the status quo. The paper also highlights how today's social and technological context amplifies this innovation potential like never before.
