Polonium: Our tile represents polonium (Po). The tile is inspired by the element's namesake, electrons per shell, and deadly radioactivity. The red and white color scheme comes from Poland's national colors, and the skull nucleus alludes to the death of Alexander Litvinenko by polonium poisoning.
Original artwork completed by Sherrie Wang. Teacher: Shawn Kenner, Sharon High School, Sharon, Massachusetts, U.S.A.
