CHEM 250L is an introductory physical chemistry laboratory. The aim of this course is to provide the student with the fundamental knowledge and practical experience in the area of physical chemistry. The experiments are designed to illustrate the principles and theories of thermodynamics. Experiments will employ such techniques as spectroscopy, conductivity, calorimetry, as well as many other techniques used in the experimental study of physical chemistry.
