Transition Element Compounds and Inorganic Materials
- Textbook: Inorganic Chemistry by Alan Sharpe and Catherine Housecroft, 3rd edition or later.
An introduction to the chemistry of the transition elements, covering basic aspects of structure, bonding, physical properties, and chemical reactivity. Emphasis will be given to the conceptual and theoretical foundations that underlie and unify these topics.
