Early bird registration (until May 16, 2016) - $400 (incl. HST)
Regular registration (May 17 - June 10, 2016) - $450 (incl. HST)

Additional guests for the CUPA dinner on Tuesday evening at the Centre for International Governance Innovation (CIGI) are welcome, for a fee of $90 (incl. HST).

Terms and conditions

Payment options: Visa, American Express or MasterCard are accepted forms of payment. Please register online; there will be no opportunity to register for the conference on-site.

Cancellation policy: Cancellations, less a $50 administration fee, will be accepted until Friday June 3, 2016. After this time, participants are responsible for payment in full and no refunds will be made.
