GEM Graduate Awarded 2021 Outstanding Paper by Vadose Zone Journal

GEM graduate Kirsten Grant was recently awarded the 2021 Outstanding Paper award by Vadose Zone Journal. Her paper was titled "Nutrient Leaching in Soil Affected by Fertilizer Application and Frozen Ground".

Kirsten Grant worked with Dr. Merrin Macrae to earn her MSc degree from the GEM Department. Congratulations to Kirsten!
