Enhancements to the Change Form process are here!

HR is excited to introduce enhancements to the Change Form: 

1. New! A new Change Form (PDF)  will be introduced that delivers a cleaner user experience. Guidelines have been revised and can be found on the Human Resources forms page. 
2. New! You can now initiate changes to casuals’ hourly rates and end dates directly in Workday 
3. New! A standalone Job Evaluation Form (PDF) for reclassifications and career path movements has been created.
