What is an Authorized Campus Partner

The Campus Partner role is provided to employees so that they may initiate the task(s) listed below within Workday


Campus Partner Security Retention Policy

If an employee has been assigned Campus Partner security for nine months or longer and has not initiated any of the Workday task(s) below within a consecutive nine month period, their Campus Partner security access will be automatically removed.

Authorized Workday tasks Campus Partner can initiate:

  1. Hire Employee

  2. Terminate Employee

  3. Change Job

  4. Add Job

  5. End Job

What is an Authorized Timekeeper

The Timekeeper role is provided to employees so that they may initiate the task(s) listed below within Workday


Timekeeper Security Retention Policy

If an employee has been assigned Timekeeper security for nine months or longer and has not initiated any of the Workday task(s) below within a consecutive nine month period, their Timekeeper security access will be automatically removed.
 

Authorized Workday tasks Timekeeper can initiate:

  1. Enter Time

When submitting a request for Campus Partner or Timekeeper security access, please ensure you supply the correct Job Management supervisory organization wherein the Campus Partner / Timekeeper will be initiating the authorized Workday tasks. A delay in security access provision will occur if the incorrect Job Management supervisory organizationis supplied in the request.
