The School of Planning honours the remarkable career and many wonderful accomplishments by our late friend and colleague, Ian MacNaughton.

Ian was deeply and passionately committed to excellence in Planning practice, to the development of our School, and to enhancing the quality of life in Waterloo region and in many other communities across Ontario.

On behalf of the School, I thank him so very much for his generosity, advice, and support of our efforts over the years. We admired, respected, and liked him, and we will miss him.
