Congratulations to Assistant Professor Martine August for receiving 2019 Best Conference Paper award at the 49th Annual Meeting of the Urban Affairs Association earlier this month in Los Angles. This award is for her paper titled: “The Financialization of Canadian Multi-Family Rental Housing: From Trailer to Tower.” presented in 2018 at the UAA conference in Toronto.
This is a significant award in the landscape of the academic planning world, financially sponsored by Routledge|Taylor and Francis and chosen by an esteemed panel of experts.
