How I get involved: I volunteer for the Science Outreach, which is teaching elementary and high schoolers the wonders of science, and I'm soon to be a Science Ambassador. Outside of Waterloo, I have volunteered for community events and have went back to my high school to talk about university.
Why I love my program
I loved science since I was little, as I loved the experiments that came with chemistry and understanding the world with biology. This program is super flexible with so many elective spaces, allowing me to take courses outside my program and take courses I love.
Why University of Waterloo?
Even though I'm not in co-op, I plan to apply to the PharmD program here, which does offer co-op. Waterloo offers the EDGE program, which can enhance your work skills and experience.
